I have enjoyed practicing dentistry for over 25 years. The continual advancement of technology in dental procedures and the introduction of new dental materials has provided a rewarding journey in the practice of dentistry. I graduated for OHSU Dental School in 1983 with honors. From there I completed a General Practice Residency at La Jolla VA Hospital with emphasis on oral surgery. I am actively involved with the Marineau Study Club which provides an opportunity to improve my clinical and didactic skills. As well as a member of the Multnomah Dental Society and the American Dental Association. I have been married to my wife, Cynthia, for over 20 years and we have 3 children.

Debbie Dukleth Office Manager

I was born and raised in Portland, Oregon and have been married for 22 years, with a beautiful daughter and a wonderful son. I have worked with Dr. King for 11 years as Office Manager, and look forward to coming to work everyday so I can be with my best friends, Lorna, Karon, Debbie and Lynn, not to mention Dr. King!! Besides my wonderful coworkers, the patients that come to see Dr. King are a great source of enjoyment for me! Each and every one are special. I spend most of my day smiling and laughing because of them, and that is a great perk to my job.

Lynn Swanson Dental Assistant

I grew up in Portland, Oregon and chose dental assisting as a career over 30 years ago. I've been happily married since June of 1973, and we have one son. I have been working for Dr. King since November 1995. I enjoy our patients and look forward to seeing my extended family, Debbie, Lorna, Debbie, Karon, Diana, and Dr. King each day.

Lorna DeRoest Dental Assistant

I grew up in Portland, Oregon and married my high school sweetheart in 1975. I am the mother of 5 great children, 2 girls and 3 boys which are my pride and joy and cause much music and laughter to brighten my days. I began working as a chair side assistant in 1985 in California, then moved back here and began working for Dr. King as both assistant, and front office person in 1988. I am grateful for the opportunity to work for a great boss as well as many great friends.

Debbie Claus Dental Hygienist

I was born and raised in a small Northeast Washington town. I started working as a dental assistant in a general practice in 1976. Since then, I have also worked in periodontal, orthodontic and general practices in 3 other states. I graduated with honors from the Dental Hygiene program at St. Petersburg (FL) College in 1992. In 1995, my family moved to Oregon. I started working for Dr. King as a dental hygienist in 1996. I am married and have a son and daughter-in-law who live in the Portland area, and a college aged daughter currently attending school in Seattle. I enjoy the people I work with who are my family and the patients I regard as my friends.

Diana Montane' Dental Hygienist

I grew up in Yuba City California then took a short detour to Texas and settled in Walla Walla Washington for most of the last 27 tears. I have two handsome and energetic college-age sons who still live in Walla Walla. After being a secretary and a medical assistant for several years, I returned to college and got my dental hygiene degree from Eastern Washington University in 1994. I moved to Vancouver in January of 2004, and feel very blessed to be a part of Dr. King's wonderful dental team.
